Boarding reservations during peak periods, holidays, and when boarding is full and adding pets to the waitlist, require a non-refundable $25 security deposit per pet family. The peak yearly periods are:

• MEMORIAL DAY May 22 – June 5
• INDEPENDENCE DAY June 21 – July 5
• LABOR DAY Aug 31 – Sept 11
• THANKSGIVING Nov 20 – Nov 29
• CHRISTMAS – New Years Dec 19 – Jan 10

Deposits are due at the time the reservation is made and will be applied to the cost of the service booked. If you cancel or change your reservation at least TEN DAYS before your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded or left as a credit on your account. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations or changes are made less TEN DAYS prior to the scheduled arrival date. (Changes extending reservations will not incur a loss of deposit but will be subject to availability).

Boarding Pick-Up Fee’s apply to pet’s picked up after 12:00pm and will include a $15 afternoon care fee since a new boarding day starts at 12:00pm. *Exception: the drop-off and pick-up fee’s are waived for pets in our VIP Dog Lodging Package and Spoiled Kitty Lodging Package. The pick-up fee can be waived if adding a bath or groom to the reservation. Ask us for details!

Boarding Drop-Off Fee’s apply to pet’s dropped-off before 12:00pm and will include a $15 morning care fee since a new boarding day starts at 12:00pm. *Exception: the drop-off fee is waived for all pet’s except those lodging in our Standard Dog Lodging Roomy and Luxury and our Standard Cat Lodging.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Saturday, Sunday and Holiday pick-up and drop-off times are 8:00am-10:30am or 3:00pm-6:00pm. Staff are changing shift and at lunch from 11:00am – 2:30pm and may not be in the building.
