Boarding Deposits & Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your pet’s boarding stay.
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 72 hours before your scheduled check-in. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive the deposit back as account credit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will forfeit the deposit.
Thank you for giving us as much notice as possible when plans change so we can offer the space to another family.
Boarding Drop-off And Pick-up Hours & Fees
**Boarding stays with the included activities are 24-hour; starting at 12:00pm on the first day to 12:00 pm the next day.

SAT-SUN 8am – 10:30am or 3pm – 6pm
HOLIDAYS 8am – 10:30am or 3pm – 6pm

M-F 6:30am – 6:30pm
SAT-SUN 8am – 10:30am or 3pm – 6pm

Boarding Pick-Up Fee’s apply to pet’s picked up after 12:00pm and will include a $15 afternoon care fee since a new boarding day starts at 12:00pm. *Exception: the drop-off and pick-up fee’s are waived for pets in our VIP Dog Lodging Package and Spoiled Kitty Lodging Package. The pick-up fee can be waived if adding a bath or groom to the reservation. Ask us for details!
Boarding Drop-Off Fee’s apply to pet’s dropped-off before 12:00pm and will include a $15 morning care fee since a new boarding day starts at 12:00pm. *Exception: the drop-off fee is waived for all pet’s except those lodging in our Standard Dog Lodging Roomy and Luxury and our Standard Cat Lodging.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Saturday, Sunday and Holiday pick-up and drop-off times are 8:00am-10:30am or 3:00pm-6:00pm. Staff are changing shift and at lunch from 11:00am – 2:30pm and may not be in the building.

When making your reservations, Pawsitive requires 24 hour notice
in order for us to verify reservation capacity,
schedule staff and ensure your pet’s current vaccinations are on file.
Medication Administration
We’re happy to help keep your pet healthy and comfortable while they’re in our care! Our experienced team is comfortable administering a variety of medications, including oral medications, topical medications, eye and ear medications, and insulin injections.
Please bring all medications in their original, clearly labeled containers with your pet’s name, dosage, and administration instructions. For your pet’s safety, we ask that you provide us with complete and accurate medication information at check-in.
Some medications or more involved medication schedules may require additional care or fees. Please give us a call before your pet’s stay to discuss their needs and learn about our current medication administration rates.
