Meet the Owners

Hi there! We’re Sami and Billy, proud owners of Pawsitive Pets. We’re so excited to welcome you and your furry friends to our family-centered business. Married for eleven years with eight amazing kids, our lives are full of love, laughter, and a passion for both family and entrepreneurship.

Before launching Pawsitive, we ran a small boarding facility and fell in love with providing pets and their families with top-notch care. As our passion grew, so did our dreams, leading us to expand and invest in Pawsitive – a place where your pets are treated like part of our family.

When we’re not busy at Pawsitive, you’ll find us managing our other businesses, The Greatest Escape and Miss Scarlet’s, or spending quality time with our kids and our dogs. Our days are filled with adventures, whether it’s running a business, playing with our pups, or creating memories as a family.

We couldn’t do all we do without our amazing team at Pawsitive. Their dedication, love for animals, and hard work make this more than just a boarding facility – they make it a home away from home for your pets.

Thank you for trusting us to care for your furry family members. We look forward to meeting you and your pets!

The Facility

Pawsitive’s facility, previously Theo’s Steak House, was remodeled in 2019, expanding into a two story boarding building with multiple outdoor exercise yards. The outdoor yards have over 10,000 square feet of space, while the three indoor play rooms total over 2,000 square feet of space. Including the boarding areas for dogs and cats, grooming and bathing rooms, and reception area, it gives the Pawsitive facility more than adequate room to take exceptional care of your pet with over 15,000 square feet!

Pawsitive’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system in the boarding areas are above the pet industry standard when it comes to state of the art ventilation system designed specifically for pet facilities. The pet specific system filters fresh air in every ten minutes, performing six air changes per hour which greatly aids in preventing air borne diseases, germs and odors. Proper ventilation for cats and dogs is vitally important as it helps prevent disease, germs and odors by ensuring fresh air circulation.
