Deposits & Cancellation Policy
PEAK TIME
We always provide optimal staff to pet ratio and exceptional pet care ,therefore, we do not charge a peak time fee as other facilities do.
DEPOSITS
- We require a $50 Deposit at the time a reservation is booked.
- If a Deposit remains unpaid for 24-hours, your reservation will be waitlisted or cancelled.
- The full Deposit goes toward the amount due at checkout.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours before the day of the reservation and the deposit will be refunded as store credit for any future appointments. If canceling your pet’s reservation within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
If rescheduling your pet’s reservation, the deposit is applied toward the new reservation.
