Up-to-date vaccinations are required to be on file BEFORE your pet attends their appointment.

• VACCINATIONS REQUIRED for DOGS: Bordetella, Distemper and Rabies.
• VACCINATIONS REQUIRED for CATS: Rabies, FVRCP, FIV, Bordetella, FeLV.

Staff will CALL your pet’s veterinarian for verification of your pet’s vaccination records.

• Easily take a picture of your pet’s vaccination records and attach them to an email and send them to: pawsitivepetsinfo@gmail.com
• Easily upload pictures of your pet’s vaccination records directly into your customer portal.

Please make your pet’s Appointments and Reservations 24-hours in advance. By doing this, you can avoid waitlists and Pawsitive has adequate time to verify your pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date and it ensures we have staff scheduled for the day to care for your pet.
